RULES AND TOS

> Outside of Brazil: payment through PayPal or Ko-Fi, dollar only.
> Brazil: payment through Pix or PicPay.> The more complex/detailed the commission, the more time I will need to complete it and the more expensive. Can take from a day to 3 weeks depending how busy I am (I will update you on that).
> Payment is not necessarily upfront, but must be done once the main sketch has been sent to you (sketch commissions are an exception, payment must be upfront).
> You will be sent WIPs and sneak peeks while your piece is being worked on. It is recommended to suggest any changes you may want during it before the full piece is delivered.> I am allowed to decline or cancel your commission at any time. In case this happens after the payment you will get a full refund.
> If you want to cancel your commission, please do it AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! I will refund you fully if atleast less than half of the artwork is complete. However, if more than half of it is already done, you will only get a partial refund (50%). I do not accept refunds after the full piece is delivered.
> If you are unsatisfied with the final piece, I can make changes or fixes as long it isn't big or there is a viable reason to it.
ex.: Will change wrong colors, small lineart details. Won't change the entire pose of the character or their entire outfit (IF REQUESTED AFTER SENT THE FINAL PIECE)> My commissions are for personal use only, that means you CANNOT RESELL or use it comercially WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! These rules may not apply for sold designs made by me, and you should contact me in case you plan to use it for these ends Breaking this term may result in me taking legal action.> You have no permission to use my artwork, commissioned or not, to use in any NFT or any AI program/endeavors. Breaking this term may result in me taking legal action.> If any of these terms are broken in hand of the buyer, you will be blacklisted (forbidden of commissioning me).
> By commissioning me, you agree to have read the terms of service, and is aware of the rules provided, as well as the result of breaking these terms.
